Tai Chi In-Person

Participants are taught the basic fundamentals to assist them with a more rewarding life.  Emphasizing breath, as the rhythm of motion, and using these moves to create a flow of felt energy created through your moving balance and breathing. Becoming aware of this balance helps you navigate your daily routines healthy, confident and mindful awareness. If you sign-up in advance, it is $5/class. If you drop in that day for class it is $7/class. You will pay the instructor at the time of your class and your first class is FREE!
