Action and Sports Photography In-Person

In this class, we will cover all aspects of photographing action in many of its forms. Some of these dynamic photographic situations include:

  • Sports and athletics, from youth to professional levels
  • Wildlife photography, including birds in flight
  • Dance and performance
  • Motorsports
  • Active animal and pet photography
  • Basic equipment needed to capture action successfully
  • Camera settings required for successfully capturing action

Kolman Rosenberg is a freelance editorial, documentary and fine art photographer who lives and works in Mentor. He has exhibited and won many awards for his photography and has had his work published in a number of books, magazines and on TV. His work for ESPN was included in an Emmy Award nomination. Rosenberg teaches photography classes at Tri-C and the Cleveland Photographic Society, where he previously served as the director of the Fundamentals of Good Photography School.
