CANCELED - Hatha Yoga In-Person

Join this yoga class offered by Amy Granat! A yoga class described as “Hatha” will typically involve a set of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). In Hatha yoga, you'll hold poses for longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class. It is a great practice for beginners and for people who want a more gentle activity that can help reduce stress and create mind-body awareness. Love donation is appreciated. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to class. Please register in advance.
